Reservation Policies
A two-night minimum stay is required on weekends from May 19 through November 10 as well as holidays and special events.

A credit card or check deposit is required to secure all reservations. One night’s Room and Tax or 50% of the total stay, whichever is greater, will be applied to the credit card on file at time of booking. A check deposit is due within two weeks of booking or reservation will be released.

Deposits will be credited at the end of your stay or refunded, if the reservation is canceled by NOON the day prior to arrival. If canceled after that time, the deposit is forfeited.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is before 12:00 noon. Check-out time may be extended for a fee, based on room availability.

General Policies
Well-behaved pets are permitted in certain designated rooms at Porches.  A $50 charge per night will apply.
Smoking is not permitted.
Each extra adult in room is charged $20 per night.
Extra child under age 12 in room is free.
Crib in room is provided free of charge.
State and local lodging taxes of 9.7% apply.
