The Fine Print

 

RESERVATIONS

A two-night minimum stay is required on weekends from Memorial Day weekend through October and on holidays or special events.

A one-night’s lodging deposit is required to secure a reservation. You will receive a full refund if you cancel more than fourteen days prior to your arrival date. Should you cancel within fourteen days of your arrival date, your deposit will be forfeited.

A valid credit card number is sufficient guarantee for reservations made with a gift certificate (or gift card). A one night’s lodging fee will be applied to the credit card on file if the reservation is not canceled seven days prior to your arrival.
 

CHECK-IN CHECK OUT

Check-in is 3:00 p.m. Checkout time is before 12:00 noon. Checkout time may be extended for a fee, based on room availability.
 

OCCUPANCY

Packages are priced based on double occupancy in a king or queen-bedded room (unless otherwise noted). Upgrades available at an additional cost.
 

TAXES

State and local lodging taxes of 11.7% apply.
 

NON-SMOKING

All interior spaces and rooms at Porches are designated as non-smoking for the comfort and convenience of all of our guests. Designated smoking areas are available.
 

DINING

Porches serves a complimentary Continental breakfast as part of our standard room rate. However, the Inn does not serve lunch or dinner. Our staff will be happy to assist you in making dining arrangements in the area.
 

KIDS

Bring ‘em along!

Yes. Kids are definitely welcome at Porches. But even though our guestrooms are spacious, you might want to consider a suite when you bring your family just to make sure you get some space all to yourself. Please let us know if you need an extra Aerobed or a crib for your little ones. Discover the variety of activities that are kid friendly.

PETS

Well-behaved and quiet pets are welcome at The Porches Inn in selected guestrooms and suites, based on availability. A $40.00 per reservation charge will be added to your bill. Guests are responsible for any damage that may occur during their pet’s visit.
