We're pretty easy to get to - our location, right near the end of the Mohawk Trail (Route 2) puts us just two hours from Inman Square, and just over three hours from Union Square. If you need to fly anyone in, check out the Albany International Airport, just about an hour away.

Porches offers several private meeting rooms, each offering wireless Internet connectivity, flexible meeting/function space, attractive furnishings and natural light, with capacities from 4 to 40. Dedicated Meeting Rooms:
The Board Room, located in the Reception Building features old-fashioned black board walls, and can accommodate up to 18 people for a corporate meeting or conference.
Building 7, located just behind the reception building, features a spacious room with a twenty foot ceiling—very conducive to lofty results, and can accommodate up to 27 people in conference.
Other Meeting Spaces:
The Breakfast Room, also located in the Reception Building, is suitable for private luncheons and break out space.
Our Building 5 suite, conveniently located across the way from Building 7, is great for a general session or break out and accommodates approximately 20 people.
The Wedding Glen may have the word "Wedding" in its name, but this special space—a deck located in the woodland garden at the top of the hill behind our pool—is perfect for a think tank that will be inspired by the sights and sounds of nature.
Our Woodland Gazebo, also located at the top of our wooded hill, is wired for both power and the Internet; consider this space for a small executive retreat.
Porches includes the following audio-visual equipment and other materials in the daily meeting room fee:
overhead projector, slide projector, portable screen, flip charts

Our Biz-Nook, located in the Reception Building, includes high speed Internet access, fax capability, photocopies and unlimited paperclips.
Porches works with a number of caterers in the Berkshire region to provide food and refreshment before, during, and after your meeting, offering a variety of cuisines.
