Reservation Policies

A two-night minimum stay is required on weekends from Memorial Day through October, in December and on holidays. A minimum one-night's lodging deposit is required to secure a reservation. An additional deposit may be required based on length of stay.

Your deposit will be credited at the end of your stay or refunded if you cancel at least two weeks prior to your scheduled arrival. Should you cancel within two weeks of arrival, your deposit will be applied toward a future stay (or forfeited if cancelled less than 24 hours prior to arrival).

A valid credit card number is required for reservations made within two weeks of arrival and for reservations held with a gift card.

Check-In & Check-Out Times

Check-in is 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is before 12:00 noon.
Check-out time may be extended for a fee, based on room availability.

General Policies

Well-behaved pets are permitted in a limited number of designated rooms at Porches, based on availability. A $40 charge per reservation will apply.
Smoking is not permitted.
Each extra adult in room is charged $20 per night.
Extra child under age 12 in room is free.
Crib in room is provided free of charge.
State and local lodging taxes of 11.7% apply.
