Home-grown Berkshire Cuisine – Boston & NYC

Did you catch the 12/23 cover story in The Boston Globe’s G magazine about holiday food by Chef Brian Alberg at our sister property, The Red Lion Inn? Check this link out and read all about it. If you’d like to try truly locally-grown cuisine but can’t get out of New York City, head to the James Beard Foundation on February 4th for “The Whole Berkshire Hog.” Feast on courses by six of the most interesting chefs working in the Berkshires, paired with wines by Red Lion Sommelier Dan Thomas.
